Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this urn is the right size?

Funeral directors typically recommend about one cubic inch per pound of body weight before cremation. At 230 cubic inches, this urn works for most adults up to around 230 pounds.

Is a ceramic urn fragile?

Ceramic is sturdy for everyday display but can chip or crack if dropped. Place it on a stable surface away from busy areas, and use an urn vault if it will be buried.

How do I keep the glaze looking its best?

Wipe it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth now and then, and keep it away from direct heat and high-traffic spots.

Can I get this urn in time for a service?

Yes, we move quickly. Weekday orders placed by 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day, and orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
